ROI selection tool for individual pixels

Does anyone know of a MATLAB function or Exchange file that allows the user to select individual pixels in a region of interest (ROI)? I am looking for something similar to imfreehand, or impoly, but which allows me to include/exclude (e.g. turn on/off) individual pixels for inclusion in a region. Thanks
