Is there a way to show command shell in textarea of app designer?

Hello

The program runs fine, but I am having trouble seeing the log.

I made an app designer to train a classifier.

This is very simple code.

[detector, info] = trainFasterRCNNObjectDetector(trainingData,lgraph,options, ...

'NegativeOverlapRange',[0 0.3], ...

'PositiveOverlapRange',[0.6 1]);

I want to display the log of training in a textarea.

When compiling App Designer, the following menu is available.

=> "Do not display the Windows Command Shell (console) for execution

=> Create log file

I can view the log in console or txt file using the menu.

But the command shell will open a new window, and the log will be visible after the job is done.

Is there a way to view those logs or command in real time in textarea?

Do the options defined in trainingOptions function, Verbose or Verbosefrequency help here?
