Data transfer from excel to excel

Hello,
I have an excel workbook with 350 columns and 15 rows. I need to pick required columns ( for example col 1:5, 80: 82, 234:268 and all the rows. Then, I need to write that into a new excel. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try something like this (untested)
[~,~,raw] = xlsread(oldFileName);
columns = [1:5, 80: 82, 234:268];
output = raw(:, columns); % Extract only the columns we want.
xlswrite(newFileName, output);
