feval in actxserver error when open outlook application only! why?

BUMP!
Running R2018a on Windows 10. The actxserver function connected to Outlok just fine last week. Now I get the same error those above.
>> h = actxserver('outlook.Application');
Error using feval
Server Creation Failed: Server execution failed
Error in actxserver (line 86)
h=feval(['COM.' convertedProgID], 'server', machinename, interface);
