Hi,
You may be receiving this error because of not downloading the correct installation files, or donwloading them at the incorrect location.
You can also look at the following discussions:
If you have the correct files and installation codes and the installer still does not list the product(s), please contact Installation support. You can contact Customer Service and Installation Support via the MathWorks website here:
