does anyone have program for liftering

I am working on speech processing in MATLAB.I am working on a program which takes a voice as input and the output would come in other voice.So I am thinking could anyone provide me program to 'lifter' an idft signal to separate its components.Thank you

Keerthi - I think that you mean "filtering" rather than "liftering".

hey man.. It is actually liftering not filtering.Liftering does the exact opposite of what filtering does
