't_tide' How to fill in an input value of the function

I have downloaded the entire t_ tide function, 'num' as shown in the figure, has 720 numbers. each data has a 1/6 hour interval. I just want to know the amplitude and phase of the four constituent tides，but the program always reports errors:the function or variable 'hanning' is not recognized，program error in line 1000.please help me!!!!!!

Do you see this:
>> which -all hanning

"What can I do"
Either:
1- Install it and get a license:
https://www.mathworks.com/products/signal.html
2- write your own or obtain a function with the same functionality (e.g. check File Exchange).
