Level set method for image segmentation in video

I want to give level set contour for every frame in the video (preferably a traffic/ cars video)
I am currently using https://in.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/12711-level-set-for-image-segmentation code to work on the image segmentation in a single frame.
Kindly help. Thank you!

This task can beaccomplished by looping over the video frame-by-frame and applying the desired transform to each frame of the video frame. You can use the readFrame function. Here is the documentation link:
