Data Tip unavailable after updating scatter plot

Hi, attached are two screen prints. When I fist create a scatter plot in MATLAB from a .csv file, I can click on a Marker in the plot and a Data Tip appears (see attachment "mata"). But then I selected "View --> Property Editor" from the top of the screen and changed the Marker icon and size (see attachment "matb"). Now, when I click on a Marker, the Data Tip does not appear. Could you please tell me how I can continue to access the Data Tip for Markers on the updated plot? Thanks!

I found it.. You click on Tools, and then there is an option to show Data Tips again. I wonder why Data Tips goes away in the first place... In any case, it is working fine now. Thanks.
