回帰平面の求め方について

３次元plot座標における回帰平面の求め方が分かりません。
ax + by + cz + d = 0
の求め方が知りたいです。
regress関数を用いてできまるのでしょうか？

Statistics and Machine Learning Toolboxのregress関数を用いることも可能ですが、このToolboxを使用せずに回帰平面を求めるサンプルスクリプトが以下にあります。
