Cloning a view of the slice planes (as seen in the Volume Viewer App) to a different volume

As shown below, the volume viewer app has an Export menu option, allowing one to export camera settings and thereby reproduce the camera perspective when displaying other volumes with volshow(). I want to display another volume, but I do not want a display style a la volshow(). I wish to display the slice planes, with the same perspective as in the figure below, but as applied to a different volume. Is there a way to do so?

Hello Matt,
I understand that you would like to have the ability to import camera settings within the volume viewer app to ensure consistent viewing of different volumes or slice planes with the same camera perspective.
While the “volshow()” function does offer the “config parameter, allowing you to import camera settings exported from the Volume Viewer app and apply them to different volumes, as far as I know volume viewer app itself does not have a built-in feature to directly import camera settings.
You can refer to the below documentation to understand how to utilize the “config” parameter in the “volshow()” function.
