Pulse-Doppler Radar Using Xilinx RFSoC Device: Load/deploy problem

I am trying to repeat the Matlab example of "Pulse-Doppler Radar Using Xilinx RFSoC Device". Eveything looks fine including connection (see photo) until load the bitstream (see photo). It seems Thir party tools required. I have installed all tools I can find, but the problem is still there. Could Matlab list clearly which tools required for this?

Actually the 1st problem of thrid party is not solved by install the support package, but by setup, some tools were installed although the setup is not for ZCU111.
I hope that Matlab can improve the part to make it clear to end user.
However, there is still poblems un-solved, anyone know the answer? I don't know how to trouble shoot!

It seems I can solve the inteface problem by setup, however, new problem appears now. (see photo attached) May I know how to solve the problem? Thanks.
