Julian time and seconds

Hi, I'm working with two time series with the time specified in Julian time. I need to work out the difference between the start time in each data set. Anyone know how?? Thanks D

Please post the format of your inputs and the wanted output. Are you talking of a DOUBLE vector or a cell string?
