How to avoid "fill" plot problem in boundaries

I am trying to make an animation of my data, using fill function instread of plot.
but when I use fill I got this problem in my boundaries, and when i use just plot I don't get this problem. you can see in the picture what i mean.
I tried to use this line using mod:
fill(mod(Tx1,(mm)),Ty1,'red.', 'linewidth',2);
but always the same issue.
Does anyone have an idea how to deal with that?

What's it supposed to look like? Without having the input variables, it's hard to say.

have you looked into "patch" instead of fill?

I wanted to upload the code and data, but they are extremly big (more than 5 GB), I used also "patch" instead of "fill".
the problem as you see in the picture, when the polygone arrive to the exterimty it not filled with the red color anymore, that's why you see this big red line between the boundaries. because I have periodic boundries.
and when the polygone is inside the channel there is no problem (you can see that in the first polygone).
I just don't know if you have a solution to avoind this periodic problem when ploting those polygones with "fill".
