finding data relation with truncated normal distribution

Hi,

i have 2series of data, c and phi.c is variable between [0 .4]& c distribution follow normal distribution.there is a correlation between each c variables and phi changing in a limited zone.(phi also is a normal variable). for example : if c= .4 then variables of phi are located in this range [25 28] and if c=.1 then phi [29 36] and if c= .05 then phi=[31 37 ] and also if c=01 then phi [32 36] and if c= .05 then phi=[31 37 ].

.................................i can produce c variables from truncated normal distribution. would anyone plz help me how could i find a relationship between c and phi???
