TCPIP Socket with Matlab 2011b

Hello,
I would like to communicate with my device with sockets by using TCPIP.
With Matlab R2018b, I was just using the command :
error_detector = tcpip('10.194.64.26',5001);
However, I've had to go back on a older version of Matlab (R2011b) and this command doesn't work anymore.
Do you know an equivalent of tcpip?
