Can anyone explain me how to read ecg .dat, .hea, .atr files ?

Hi, I want to read ecg databases and train neural network to detect qrs complex. I want to know how to read an ecg signal and store the samples for further processing.

That depends on the system that generated them, so there is no general answer.
If you have a specific question (e.g. how to read a specific file format), have a read here and here. It will greatly improve your chances of getting an answer.
