I want to plot a graph on Matlab from SpreedSheet data with 4 Multiple Coloms. How can i do ths?

What have you tried? Where did you have a problem?
readtable and @doc:plot
Here I import my SpreedSheet data on Matlab online version. I don't know what to do for Plot a graph as like as on Excel. I dont know what are the codes.Please help me.
