Figure not rendering correctly in live script compared to figure window

Hi I am having some issues with figures not rendering correctly in a live scipt how when I press the button to open them in the figure window they are fine. Any suggestions gratefully recieved.

I saw no issues when I tried to replicate the same on my system using random data.
Could you share the script you are working on such that it provides more information to find the cause?

Thanks for taking a look. I have attached an example live script although this rendering glitch happens on most live scripts. It is worth noting this is on linux.
