I am using fitnlm/nlinfit in my code, and I need to export to C. Neither function is supported by MATLAB Coder. Is there an alternative non-linear regression function that can be used?

Yes, there is an alternative non-linear regression function that you can use in MATLAB that can be exported to C with MATLAB Coder. One alternative is "lsqnonlin" (Levenberg-Marquardt non-linear least-squares solver), which can be used for non-linear regression problems. Another alternative is "curvefit" from the Curve Fitting Toolbox, which can be used for both linear and non-linear regression problems and also has support for code generation.
