To enable Simulink Coverage in your Simulink model, you need to perform the following steps:

Open your Simulink model.
Go to the "Simulation" tab in the Simulink Editor.
Click on the "Model Configuration Parameters" button.
In the Configuration Parameters dialog box, go to the "Data Import/Export" tab.
Under the "Coverage" section, check the box next to "Enable coverage collection".
Choose the coverage metrics you want to collect from the drop-down list under "Coverage metrics".
Click on the "Apply" button to apply the changes.
Click on the "OK" button to close the Configuration Parameters dialog box.

In newer releases, the setting is "Enable coverage analysis" under the Coverage tab in Configuration Parameters, which is available under the Modeling tab in the Simulink Toolstrip.

You can also enable coverage through the Coverage Analyzer App in the Simulink toolstrip.

You can also use the cvtest and cvsim functions to do this programmatically.
