What have you tried? Have you looked at the doc page linmod? Can you be more specific?
Also, may be interesed in linearize if you have a license for Simulink Control Design.

More information on how to use linmod is found here. There is also an example listed which demonstrates how to use the linmod function. I hope this helps with your query
