how can we calculate iir biquad filter direct form 1 coefficient using MATLAB? my sampling frequency is 10khz and signal frequency is 50hz.

Hi Sushmita,
I understand that you want to design a IIR Biquad filter. You can do so with the help of 'dsp.BiquadFilter' object, in which IIR filter is designed using biquadratic structures. The direct form of the filter can be specified in the 'Structure' input property of the object. Please refer to the following documentation link for more details on the filter object:
