I want to use different diodes like 1N4148, SD41, 120NQ045 and QSCH5545/- 55C in simulink electric circuit. Can someone please suggest how to do it.

I want to add just specific values of diodes i wanted as shown in the image. Can you please help me with different values of the diodes?
