How to make the setInstP function appear in the Simulink Embedded Coder generated C++ Code?

I've set all the Parameter checkbox on, and my Code Mappings are set as follows.
But I can't find a setInstP method in the generated C++ code. How can I make that function appear as public? Thanks!
