Partial F-test

I have 2 linear regression models (one of them the full model with 3 parameters and the other one the reduced model with 2 parameters). I would like to test the hypothesis that the data would be significantly better accounted for by the full than by the reduced model.

I have realised that partial F-test would do job and will give a p-value for that. I was wondering if anyone knows the proper Matlab command for this statistical test
