How do I create boxplot?

Dear all,
I have this data: Chyba_MSE_velky, which I attached. I want to create a boxplot from this data. I tried this:
load('Chyba_MSE_velky')
boxplot(Chyba_MSE_velky)
But it´s really horrible.
Do you have any idea? Thank you for your answers.

The problem is in your data, not the boxplot. You can try to plot boxplot(Chyba_MSE_velky(:,1:3)) a few columns and convince yourself that's the data you have.
