How to plot values from excel sheet

I've 60x3 values in excel sheet. I want to plot all those values. can u tell me how to do so. can i use plot3() function? or how can i do so?

First of all, you must to import these values in your workspace in Matlab.
So you have to use the xlsread function (other methods exist but this one is simple):
values= xlsread('myExcel.xslx',1,'A1:C60');
After that, you can plot in 3d with something like :
plot3(values(:,1),values(:,2),values(:,3))
