3D plot with specific values

I need to create a 3D plot with specific x, y and z values.
X values are 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
Y values are 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
Z are this numbers
The problem is that I need to make plot like this
for example X = 1
Y = 1
Z = 280
or
X = 4
Y = 6
Z = 138

y = 1:9;
z = randi([0 800], length(y), length(x));
surf(x, y, z)
Except you would use your actual Z data.
