If there is a video that show how to use this simulator and change the parameters it’s will be great Thanks to the helpers

You can copy the command from the link
The command is
ee_bldc_ideal_input_performance_curves
Once you enter the command in the command window (screenshot attached below), you can click the “modify model parameters” text in the simulink window, which will open a .m file, where you can change parameters as needed
