After transitioning to SSO, my license still has contacts listed with non-university email addresses. What actions should I take to manage these users?

Follow these steps to manage non-university email addresses linked to your license after the SSO transition:
  1. Sign in to the License Center .
  2. Click the "Export License Data" button in upper right corner.
  3. Click the "Additional Reports" button.
  4. Select the "Licensed Users and Administrators" report and export user list to excel.
  5. Identify users with non-university emails addresses. Email those users and ask them to edit their MathWorks Account to use their university email address.
An alternative option is to remove non-university email address users from your license via the License Center. These users will then need to go to the university’s MATLAB portal page and sign in with their university credentials, which will add them back to the license with an SSO experience.
