라이센스 전송 횟수

라이센스 전송 횟수 초과했다는 에러가 뜹니다.
1년에 2회까지 된다고 하는데
지난 1년간 라이센스 활성화한적이 없는것으로 알고있습니다.
언제 활성화 했는지 기록을 확인할 수 있는 방법은 없을까요..?
이번에 컴퓨터 바꾸면서 새로 활성화하기 위해
이전 컴퓨터는 비활성화도 해둔 상태이고요.
활성화 안되는 이유가 라이센스가 만료되서라고 생각해서 갱신했는데
앞으로 1년간 활성화할 수 없다면 갱신한게 의미가 없네요.

I understand that you are facing an issue in activating a renewed license. Please reach out to the MATLAB Technical Support using following link:https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html
In order to check your MATLAB license's expiration date, you will need to locate the license file. See the following article for information on how to locate your license file:
https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/99147-where-can-i-find-matlab-license-files
The license file can be opened with any text editor, but as it is a UNIX formatted text file, on Windows we recommend using WordPad as NotePad will not be able to read the line endings.
In the license file, you will see an INCREMENT line corresponding to each of your MathWorks products. For example, an INCREMENT line for MATLAB might look like this:
INCREMENT MATLAB MLM 35 01-jan-2023
