I cant create channels

its asking me to sign in reapetedly, I cant start to create the channel, please let me create my channel and clear the bug. While clicking on he channel its showing me public channel and i cant create my channel.

There was a short outage that may have effected newly signed up users. The issue was fixed shortly after this post.
