Hi,
I want to use NI PXIe-6739 as analog voltage output to work with other parts. So what I want to ask is that if I can use Data Acquisition Toolbox to control the output of the device and read the data. I have learnt that this worked with other NI PXIe modules (like PXIe-6535, PXIe-6536 and PXIe-6537), just want to make sure it can also work on NI PXIe-6739.

Hi,
As per my understanding, you would like to use Data Acquisition Toolbox to control the output of the device and read the data, while using NI PXIe-6739 as analog voltage output.
Note that you can use the Data Acquisition Toolbox to control the output of the NI PXIe-6739 and read the data. The toolbox supports the communication protocol NI-DAQmx, which is used to communicate with National Instruments data acquisition devices.
However, please note that need to install and configure the NI-DAQmx driver to use the NI PXIe-6739 device with MATLAB and the Data Acquisition Toolbox.
