Surface plot based on cell center values

I have an array of data corresponding to the values at the center of the cells in the grid. Is there a way to plot the data on a contour or surface plot which is based on the values at the cell center, rather than at the intersection of grid lines? Thanks

Data=rand(10,10);
imagesc(s);
check imagesc() for detail description of the function.
