clc;
clear all;
feature('DefaultCharacterSet', 'UTF8')
B = importdata('E:\IC刷卡数据-2015ic数据\stop.csv')
程序第一次可以正常运行（我确定文件路径是没有问题的），然后再点一次运行就会报错，本人小白，求问需要怎么解决呀

把stop.csv放到当前目录，再运行：
clc;
clear all;
feature('DefaultCharacterSet', 'UTF8')
B = importdata('./stop.csv')
