Add-on Explorer lates too much

When I try to open Add-On Explorer to install a library that I need, I have to wait a lot (from 30 minutes in advance). I want to know if the problem is the Add-On Explorer, if I can do something to improve this behavior and if there is any other way to install libraries. With this delay for every library is imposible work with Matlab.
I have 16 GB of RAM and more than 25 GB of free space.

The problem is when I try to open the Add-On Explorer, it is said, before looking for a library.

It is my understanding that you want to install libraries in Add- On Explorer and facing issues while opening them. Here are some steps you can take to resolve your issue.
  1. Check your internet connection speed. If your internet connection is slow, it can affect the performance of Add-On Explorer. Try to use a faster and more stable internet connection.
  2. Disable any antivirus or security software temporarily. Sometimes antivirus or security software can block the connection to MathWorks servers. Temporarily disabling such software may help to resolve the issue.
  3. Update the MATLAB to the latest version. Updating MATLAB can improve Add-On Explorer’s performance and help you to avoid any known compatibility issues.

Thank you very much for your answer.
I had already tested your points 1 to 3. But the Add-On Explorer had the same slow behavior. Then, I was found that using the next command the speed increased.
opengl software
It doesn't work as fast as you might expect, but at least the command improves the behavior.
If you know any other option to improve the behavior of my Add-On Explorer, please, let me know.
