仅供参考，s应该是向量吧
clear,clc
x=[2 5 9 12 15];
y=[8 -4 -9 3 -1];
x1=0:0.01:1;
for i=1:length(x1)
    s=0;
    for j=1:4
       d=abs(x1(i)-x(j))+abs(0-y(j));
    s=s+d;
    end
    s1(i)=s;
end
s1
