Matlab software is not opening .

at update time due to laptop not charge shut down. then after that openinng time matlab not openig. what can I do for opening the software.

Drag the installation directory to the recycle bin and empty the recycle bin, and then reinstall.

Hi Manoj,
It is my understanding that this can happen due to corrupt or damaged installer. Please try to redownload the installer from the MathWorks website.
There are few reasons that it can happen. It is explained in detailed in the following link.
