Reference Model save from subsystem

hi,
I am trying to convert the subsystem to a referance subsystem and provided the path to save it in .mdl format.
it gives throwing me the error, and there is no other files exsisting in the folder with this name.
What are my options ?

Hi Santosh,
I understand that you are trying to convert the subsystem to a reference subsystem and provided the path to save it in .mdl format and you are getting the above errors.
You should not name the referenced subsystem file with the same name as parent model, I tried creating referenced subsystem file with name different from parent model and it worked for me.
Also .mld is legacy file format, you can save the model as .slx after R2012a, for more information visit:
