Visualization NOT showing last values collected.

Hello,

If I click to Channels -> My Channels, I can see a table showing when Channel was created and UPDATED. Data "UPDATED" field show that my Channels have been updated a few minutes ago (I update every 10 minutes) BUT, Visualization is NOT showing that data... "Last entry: about 12 hours ago".

Can somebody please explain the reason for that and how can I solve it???

Hi Christopher,

This lack of Visualizations has lasted about 14 hours.

Now graph is complete, so, all data has been restored properly but process has been done little by little in sections till arrive to current time.

The 'updated at' on the my channels view is not guaranteed to be totally up to date, it is only an estimate. The most accurate response will likely be from the read last entry age and read last field entry age API's (or just the normal Read Data API. Those I would expect to be accurate better than several tens of seconds, except if you are running bulk updates.(then better than 60 s is likely)
