How can I interface my Texas Instrument DSP with available CAN communication through simulink

Hello All,
I have a TIF28379D board that is operating an motor drive. There is CAN interface in the motordrive. Is it possible to control the CAN or establish link through simulink with CAN and DSP at the same time? The CAN communication supports national instrument driver.

One effective approach to interface your TIF28379D board with CAN protocol through simulink is to make use of the C2000 Microcontroller Blockset add-on. This add-on provides a comprehensive set of tools and features that will give access to several boards, part of the TI C2000 microcontroller family.
The 'F2837xD' section that pertains to your board has eCAN receive and transmit blocks that can be used as per the convenience.
