I understand that you want to create a confusion matrix with the help of Experiment manager app. Please follow the steps mentioned below in order to do so:
- Create the deep network by using “deep network designer” app.
- Export the code for the network before training it.
- Paste the code in the “experiment manager app”.
- Train the code in the “experiment manager app”.
“Experiment Manager” will produce visualization tools such as training plots and confusion matrices as a result of the training.
