Then you should contact MATLAB's Technical Support.

I am not sure that trials have access to the Add-on explorer tool. You will probably need to use the installer.

I see that you are getting error when you are installing a ‘System Identification Toolbox’.
Please try to reinstall MATLAB and see if you can install the ‘System Identification Toolbox’.
If you are still unable to install the additional toolbox, please refer to the following instructions to obtain information about your available licenses, including their expiration dates, as well as to check your installed toolboxes.

If I recall correctly, trial licenses cannot use the Add-on Explorer. I might be wrong though
