hello, im new to fuzzy controller , i didnt understand the relation between error and change in error in order to stabilize the output. it would be really helpful

Thanks for your little update. Although I can read the ODEs, I'm not the wind guy. However, if you can tell what is the control variable, then I can probably advise something. and β are the states of the system, they cannot be the control variable.
Can you advise?
