Slip in Asynchronous Block - Induction Machine Squirrel Cage

2 次查看(过去 30 天)
How do I add Slip to the Asynchronous Block - Induction Machine Squirrel Cage, when the Induction Motor slip is 60RPM for a 11kW 4Pole motor 50Hz 1440 rpm.
When no value for slip is given, then the simulation shows a max speed of 1500 RPM

the block can only give you input for the initial condition of slip, but this does not determine your slip once the model is running. The physics of the system you have created determines the slip, and you can only explicitly control slip by adding a closed loop controller to the system. If you are trying to match the steady state performance of your machine, you will need to set its other parameters and the appropriate load to recreate a steady state value of 1440 RMP with a 50Hz input signal. Inthis case, are you applying at 11kW load?

Yes, I would need to conrol slip by adding a closed loop controller so my speed does not go over 1440RPM. I am applying a varying load using the step block. The Motor drives a Gearbox and a load is added ie Torque to the system. The simulation is to understand the signals of current and voltage when connected to a generator or a ac or dc current source
