I can't install add-ons

Hello,
I am using the student version of MATLAB (R2023a) and I want to install some Arduino add-ons and everytime it fails. This is the last erro I got and it seems there is nothing wrong with the installation. I tried on another computer too and I also get a failure error.

I am also having this problem. Please tell me if you have solvevd it? I am considering re-installing the 2022 version. Thank you!

Hello Thanh. It was solved but I didn't do anything. I just went back another time and it worked. I'm sorry I couldn't bring more help on the matter but I hope you also solved your problem. Have a great day/night.
