界面的标题栏和功能区弄不见了，求恢复方法

误操作了，将界面的标题栏和功能区弄不见了，恢复不了，求解决方法 版本2021b
界面只有工作区、工作空间和编辑器，网上找都找不到恢复上方的功能区菜单的方法，在线等，求解决，万分感谢

感谢各位的解答，问题已经解决，方法如下，提供给遇到同样疑惑的伙伴们：
所以首先启动【ALT】快捷键，调出隐形的工具栏指令，再点击【H】，则会显示出主页部分（Home）的工具栏。
这时主窗口的标题栏还没有还原，但是已经可以从主页部分中找到 布局(Layout)，选择 默认Layout 就可以回到大家熟悉的界面了。

要不去找一下Home>Layout。选择Default就能恢复原来的工厂布局了。
