Exporting data from matlab to new excel file.

Hey, Mm having trouble manipulating data in matlab (it says too many elements)
I want to export each and every variable from matlab to excel.
The variables are 3D singles (64x185x720 single).
How can I export, for example, lat_var (latitude variable), into new Excel file?
