Simscape license 2023 - Student Lisense

Hi, how are you?
I start to use the student license in the begging 2022. In 2023, I've renewed and update to Matlab 2023a. Since then, I started to face some issues with Simscape/Simscape Electrical license. With 2022 license, I had Simscape and Simscape Electrical. Today in my 2023 license, it is not showing and also I can't add Simscape/Simscape Electrical on my license. I thought that this was already included in the renewal. The only way that I could add is to buy a new Matlab student license with these 2 packages. Is anyone faced a similar issue or how to solve it?

You should contact Mathworks Support for free installation assistance. The volunteers do not have access to the license database and so cannot investigate your situation.
